1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, personal care, cosmetic, or customized items cannot be returned unless defective.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges

We replace defective or damaged items at no extra cost. You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
